"The price of the properties will become stagnant by the end of year 2012, before continuing its growth a year or two later" he said. It sounds fair but isn't a bad news either. Although it might looks confident with great marketings by the big players, the buyers must not rule out the smaller Developers. The smaller players was able to focus more on its projects and provide a more personal after sales service to the buyers.
